Auto Assault TCG Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct sets out rules by which every player participates in Auto Assault Online TCG. It is designed to create a fun and hospitable atmosphere for the game where everyone feels comfortable, both online and on the forums. You must agree to abide by this Code of Conduct in order to have an account in the game, or to use the web site. Your use of the game or the web site implies your agreement to abide by this Code of Conduct. You are responsible for knowing and understanding the information in this Code of Conduct.

Violation of any of these rules is grounds for termination of your Auto Assault Online TCG account(s), or temporary suspension from the Auto Assault Online TCG and the Auto Assault Online TCG web site, at Worlds Apart Production's sole discretion. If your account is terminated you forfeit all cards and other product associated with your account(s), and are not allowed to access the Auto Assault Online TCG or the Auto Assault Online TCG web site in any way. If your account is suspended are not allowed to access the Auto Assault Online TCG or the Auto Assault Online TCG web site in any way, during the term of your banning.

The following rules apply to all areas of the Auto Assault Online TCG and the Auto Assault Online TCG web site:

• You may not swear, or use profanity, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate language.
• You may not threaten or harass other players.
• You may not attempt to circumvent any language filters or portray inappropriate language through alternate spellings or implication.
• You may not advertise trades, or otherwise approach people for trades, outside the designated trading areas.
• You may not impersonate or otherwise imply that you are a Volunteer or a staff member of Worlds Apart Productions, NCSoft, or NetDevil.
• You may not create or use an account name that in any way violates the Code of Conduct, or implies a relationship with Worlds Apart Productions, NCSoft, or NetDevil
• You may not disrupt the chat rooms by posting multiple messages within a short time span, spamming, using ALL CAPS, or by any other means.
• You may not advertise any business or commercial venture.
• You may not promote or engage in any illegal activity.
• You may not attempt to take or access other people's accounts, cards, or other product under false pretenses. Any person caught doing so will have their account(s) terminated.
• Ultimately, the responsibility for all trades is yours. We are not responsible for and cannot support any arrangements that involve anything outside the Auto Assault Online TCG trading system.
• Any person posting or promoting an Auto Assault Online TCG exploit, hack, or mod will have their accounts terminated and may face legal action.
• You may not attempt to artificially alter the outcome of an Auto Assault Online TCG sanctioned event or game. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Bribing, threatening, or offering any compensation in order to change the outcome.
• Stalling, spamming, harassing, or behaving in any other unsportsmanlike manner that affects the game.
• Colluding with other players.
• You may not give false or misleading information in your account registration.
• You may not behave in any manner that is inappropriate for the Auto Assault Online TCG and the Auto Assault Online TCG community. Worlds Apart Productions is the sole judge of what is appropriate.

Worlds Apart Productions reserves the right to change these rules at any time without notice.

Violators may not receive a warning prior to termination.
